Another winner in this series! Clara and Wes had me gobbling up the pages. Wes pulled on my heartstrings big time. He needs someone like Clara in his life to get him living again and not just going through the motions. I totally get why he is in the mindset he is and in my opinion justified, but it's not good to live in the darkness our minds create for too long. Clara is all sunshine to Wes' broody self. As much as Clara is good for Wes the same can be said for Wes for Clara. He truly sees her. The moment that made all gooey inside is when he shows support and an eagerness to hear all about her dreams. Wes' big grand gesture had me smiling so big the whole time I read it. My neighbors were probably wondering why I was smiling so big when I was reading this on my porch. We still have the mystery of the Lady and boy do we get some more juicy tidbits on that! Let me tell you my mind it working overtime trying to unravel that mystery and what it means for our cursed with bad luck guy. This is a read that had me hooked from the first page and kept me all the way through. I read this in a day and half because life man likes to get in the way of an awesome book. I highly recommend this one and I'm eagerly awaiting the next book!!
