This is one powerful emotional story. This book will pull all the emotions out of the reader. Right from the beginning this book had me hooked. There is so much more to Zander than his playboy ways and a life altering incident changes how he sees life. There are moments in our life that give us signs and gentle nudges of kismet to show us where our path may lead. That's how it is with Zander and Shauna. I don't know how Shauna could resist Zander. I know her past has a lot to do with that, but he had me at being a cat daddy. That right there had me swooning how he is with Kitty. Shauna goes through an emotional roller coaster in this one. That's why it made me so happy to see the found family situation for her with the Zander's family and the Dark Knights. If anyone deserves those awesome people in their corner it's Shauna. Such a good book that I highly recommend. Trust me you are going easily get lost in this one.
