This is the sixth book in the series. Brooke has been intertwined in the Sterling family forever along with her mom. She has history with her best friend's older brother Aiden Sterling. Now he is back to help his family. You can easily feel the tension is still there between the two. Aiden pulled on my heartstrings when he reveals his truth to his dad. The pain and guilt he has been carrying broke my heart. Then this book had a touch of suspense because trouble has followed Aiden home. A good balance of heart, heat, and light suspense. Aiden and Brooke have such great chemistry that burns just as bright as it once did. This is their second chance.
