This book had me at gentle giant. This is the first book in the new series. Lennon had been dealt a lot to heal from, but a surprise inheritance lead her to her fresh start. That puts her in the orbit of her her new firefighter neighbor Asher. I love Asher and his group of friends. You can tell they are a tight knit group that have each other's backs. Asher in uncle mode is a total swoon fest!  There is a lot heart and feels, but man does this book bring the steam. Asher and Lennon burn up the pages with their chemistry. This book made my heart happy for both characters, but especially Lennon. I loved the epilogue so much! Looking forward to the next book in the series.
