.After reading the previous book I knew I had to read this one. I love a second chance romance, but add in brother's best friend sign me up! Tanner and Grace had a burning hot thing going five years ago then Tanner broke her heart. Now he is coming back to their home town and he wants another chance with her. He may to be late because now she is engaged to someone else. Tanner is going to need to bring his A game if he wants a shot with her once again. Tanner and Grace steam up these pages. Can't deny their chemistry burns hot, but are past hurts too much to overcome? There is plenty of heart to go with the steam. The epilogue was so perfect and so fitting for this series!
