This is the second book in the series and the oldest brother's story. I love a good friends to lovers romance especially when they are best friends for so long. I've been looking forward to Jude and Sadie's story. There are several moments that pulled on my heartstrings. We see how Jude has taken so much responsibility on his shoulders at such a young age. I do love this family and the small town setting. I gobbled this book right up. The whole fake marriage to save the day blurred many lines especially when real feelings are involved. I do like the sense of humor which Emmett excels at. Can't wait for his book! There is plenty of heart and feels as Jude and Sadie navigate the new path their friendship has taken. The epilogue was the cherry on top of this book sundae. It might just have been my absolute favorite part of the book. It hit me with all the feels!
