Why you need to #ONECLICK this book…

⚾️Coach's Daughter

💗Friends to Lovers

⚾️Baseball Hero

💗Grumpy/Sunshine

⚾️Animal loving Heroine

💗One Night Stand

Let me tell the story of how I fell in love with a woman who had no idea that we were even dating. The ridiculousness started when she stole my beer, and trust me, my grumpy self doesn’t normally share. But somehow, Avery Wilson is the exception to every one of my many rules.

Unfortunately, I’m not hers.

Not only is she the daughter of the Rev’s coach who hates me, she’s also sworn off dating for the year.

Little does she know we’ve been doing just that.

Sure, she says I’m her friend when we watch romcoms or spend holidays together, but I’m just biding my time until the year is up.

With her father against me, and a line of men interested in dating her, once she finds out my true intentions, will we survive the fall out?

Review:

5 Stars

This is the first book in the series and I'm already hooked. Christian and his teammates were awesome. I really like the bond between Christian and Emerson. There is a grumpy/sunshine situation on top of the one with Avery. Avery and Christian have a one night stand then he finds out she is the coach's daughter. The sparks fly, but Christian is friendzoned. A freak accident with a puffin starts off a chain of events. Oh my gosh Puff is so adorable and the way Christian is with him, swoon. There is no way Avery is going to be able to resist him for long. That man knows how to treat a lady like a queen and make her feel special. I may have squeed a bit with cameos from some of my favorites in the Momcom series. I just love seeing those characters. One of my favorite things of the book was the humor. I laughed a lot while reading this. Another favorite was the scenes during the holidays especially Christmas. I read this book in a day. I just couldn't put it down. Let me tell you a cold rainy day was the perfect setting to read this especially when opening day for the local minor league team was postponed too. I really can't wait for more from this series even more so knowing Emerson's story is next. This book is so good trust me you are gonna fall for these characters.
