This book grabbed my attention with single dad/nanny romance. I'm a big fan of hockey romance as well so I definitely wanted to give this one a read. I really enjoyed the characters and storyline. The dissociative amnesia was different and an intriguing storyline because Igor finds himself in a tough situation that he ends up with an unexpected nanny. Igor's daughter Bella is so cute. She instantly bonds with Nanny Joey. Joey brings some much need structure and light into their lives. I loved Joey's love of Christmas because I'm right there with her. I was warned ahead of time about the hockey terms, but I got lost and pulled out of the story at times. There is a glossary to help with the terms which I appreciated. This was the first hockey romance I've read that I just couldn't keep up with the terms. Plus wasn't a big fan of ski being added to words so much. I really did enjoy this book. Igor, his family, and Joey had me hooked, but the struggle with the terms made me lose focus. I also enjoyed the banter between his teammates and the GM/owner.
