Lost Cause by Elise Faber is available now!

Available on All Platforms

She was supposed to just be another case. Another criminal.
Instead, she stole her way into his heart.
Lex Blackwell had never met a bad guy he couldn’t take down, and he wasn’t about to start with Francesca Lyon.

Her father ran one of the largest crime rings in the world, so while Frankie might be beautiful, smart, and driven, she wasn’t a woman he could ever fall for.

Still, she wasn’t supposed to know about his involvement in the case, wasn’t supposed to look at him like he’d shattered her heart when she found out.

But he had. And she did.

Then—somehow—his future became less about the job and more about closing the case on her heart.

Review:
4.5 Stars
Another great book in this series! There were times this book had me on the edge of my seat. Not gonna lie I wanted to smack Lex in the beginning for acting like such a jerk at times when it came to Frankie. Though I get where he was coming from, but he should have known Frankie's true self instead of letting his past cast unwarranted judgements. Frankie's life gets turned upside down in this one. some bombshell revelations that shed a clearer picture of her past. Lex completely redeems himself in my eyes and Frankie's. He better kiss her feet with the way she can easily forgive because honestly don't know if I would have done them same. Frankie so deserves a HEA ore than anyone. I love how the Jacksons have swept her up into their arms and making her feel part of them. She is going to need them as she battles what is to come. The tease for the next book has me eagerly awaiting that one!!
