This is the third book in the series. I was drawn to this one because it's a single mom romance and after reading this I'm going back to read the two pervious books. This book had me hooked! First impressions of Wyatt for Marlow is that he is one grumpy bad mood of a guy, but trust me Wyatt is nothing of that first impression. Marlow and her little girl Dakota stole my heart. They are looking for a fresh stat and it warms my heart how welcoming the Landmark family and the town are for them. It feels like home instantly. Then throw in Wyatt and Marlow throwing off sparks! Marlow is so leery after what her ex has done, but there is no denying Wyatt water to her ex's oil. Wyatt is so good with Dakota. Those moments melted my heart. Dakota is so adorable and she often steals the show! This book delivers on the heart, humor, and heat. Such a winning combination for me. This was a book I didn't want to put down.
