This was such a good read. A great way to get into the holiday spirit as well. The romance of being in NYC during the holiday season a very swoony move. This book has some of my favorite topes; single dad, small town, friends to lovers. Then add this book is during the holidays sign me up!! I'm not a huge fan of Knightly's brothers with first impressions if they get books I hope they have to really work for their women. Landon's life changed when his daughter came into his life then to see years later how much he has grown should make him proud. His one downfall is not make his move with Knightly or Lee as he affectionately calls his best friend. He may be too late, but with his daughter's encouragement and the bond she has with Knightly Christmas wishes may just come true. I really loved the small town setting and I can't wait to go back to Kentbury. I hope Knightly's brothers listen to her ideas because she has some really great ideas. I would love to spend a weekend especially during the holidays at her B&B. A great read that I just gobbled up. The epilogue the French kiss t this book!
