This is the fifth book and the last brother we have been waiting for. Dare lives with a lot of guilt from when he was 15 and the event that changed his life forever. Liza is intertwined with that event because of her brother and the guilt she feels. Not gonna lie Dare has some prime swoon worthy moments, but then he does something that makes me want to knock some sense into him. I get the inner struggle he is dealing with when he grapples with his feelings for Liza and his inner issues surrounding everything. I felt for Liza because life hasn't been too kind to her and now she keeps getting the hits. This time is different though because she has made some great new friends that have her back. She doesn't have to go it alone though trusting people is so very hard for her. Some drama going on for a few characters in this one. It's so great to see how far the Barron brothers have come since the very first book. A great end to the series.
