This is the second book in the series and it has made fallen for the Sullivan family even more. I love a good brother's best friend troupe, but add in her ex's brother things are going to get interesting. Even better forced proximity because these two are working on renovating Aunt Tootie's house. Kate and Beckett (not gonna like when I see their names together it makes me think of the show Castle) push each other's buttons big time. You can feel the sexual tension sizzling between the two. Beckett is the black sheep of his family and trust it's a good thing because he is nothing like his snobby family. His grand gesture was so romantic and would have won my heart that's for sure. This was a delightful read that has me eager to read more of the Sullivan siblings!
