This was a quick enjoyable read. This book had me at single mom. Tracy and Cutter have some explosive chemistry. Hot! Hot! Hot! Cutter is trying to find the sense of home and walking into the coffee shop and seeing Tracy that feeling washes over him. This fast read packs in the heat along with the feels. The epilogue was the cherry on top of this book sundae. For these two I really loved seeing into the future.
