This is the fourth book in the series and one I've been looking forward to since Asher and Owen's book. We got to know Hardin and little Hazel in their book so I really couldn't wait for their book! Hazel is still adorable and still has her uncle wrapped around her finger. That sill melts my heart. Hardin is rocking the single mom life even if it feels like she isn't. Trying to live up to the family legacy with their restaurant while her parents won't give up all control tests her patience. Her ex is a real piece of work and she doesn't need that headache, but he makes himself a nuisance with his new flavor of the week. Then there is hunky firefighter Ford. Man does his backstory hit me right in the heart. My heart just breaks for him, but if he can't heal from the pain he may just lose the chance at happiness once again. Hardin and Hazel are so good for him. This book delivers on the heat, heat, and humor, but it has just the touch of suspense to keep things intriguing. This was such a great addition to the series. I loved seeing some of my favorite Whiskey Dolls pop in.
