This book had me at single dad and the blurb sold me on reading. This is a sweet story with a lot of feels, but with steam. My heart went out to Simon and his daughter Mia. Simon's ex is a real piece of work and the nasty side of humanity. What they find in their new town is something beautiful. Mia gets to know her awesome uncle, aunt, and cousins. You can see Mia really flourish. It warms the heart. Amy and Simon are great together. There are some missteps along the way as the navigate dating life. Mia creates a special bond with Amy. It's an instalove story where love comes fast for this little family, but it's so beautiful. The epilogue was so perfect and made my heart happy sigh.
