This the first book in the Dempsey sisters series and I'm for it! I love were are back in Winter Falls and all the shenanigans. I was really looking forward to this book. Gabrielle intrigued me in her brother's book. I knew I wanted to know her story. Phoenix and Gabrielle may start out as a fake relationship, but you can't deny the all too real attraction the buzzes between them. They are so cute together and I love how safe Phoenix makes Gabrielle feel. Gabrielle goes on one heck of a journey in this one. I loved watching her find her voice once again. The West sisters make delightful cameos through out the book. After finishing this one (which I did in a day) I'm already eagerly awaiting the next book. Trust me you want to visit Winter Falls as much as I do. This series of book gives you plenty of heart, heat, and humor. A winning combination in my opinion.

This fake relationship small town romantic comedy features a shy woman who insists shy and timid aren’t the same thing, a goat farmer who needs to learn his lesson before he loses the girl, a goat named Pan that believes she’s a person and should be treated as such, a gaggle of sisters who think matchmaking is their true calling, and a whole town full of hippies who think being called a busybody is a compliment.
