I had to read this one with double the singe parent goodness. Single parent romance is my jam. This book is very emotional. Both Rylee and Rhodes are dealing with the loss of Rylee's brother. You can feel the pain has they experience their grief. Boy do these two rub each other the wrong way in the beginning, but they get to know one another working at the bar sparks start to fly. Oh my gosh are both Payton ang Gage stole the show for me. They are so adorable and they come up with with a cute and funny things. They are little jokesters and they also little meddlers. This book is so worth the read! The characters are going to pull you right away and pull on the heartstrings. The epilogue was the icing on the cake. It was the perfect touch for this little unit and left me with a huge smile on my face.
