I loved the first book in this series so I couldn't wait to dive into the second book. Now I'm not gonna lie at the beginning of this one Colin wasn't make a good first impression with me. His actions were leaving a bad taste in my mouth, but once Peyton comes back into his life you see what's bubbling below the surface. We see what has caused the playboy attitude. This was such a good second chance romance. You can tell right away Colin and Peyton still have feelings for one another. All the years apart didn't lessen those feelings. It just feels like everything is against them being together, but when there is a will there is a way. Two stand out characters/moments for me in this book is Knox's grandma and Waffles. I can't wait for Knox's book just for that alone! I love the closeness of the Mountain Lions teammates. The camaraderie is one of my favorite parts of the book. Another winner in the series! Can't wait for more from this series!
