This is the third book in the series. It's a great friends to lovers romance. An unlikely friendship is created when Nando and Brianna first meet when in college. They have a lot of history and they see each other through a lot. Brianna pulled on my heartstrings with her backstory and they way her flesh and blood family treats her. It's heartbreaking. She deserves all the happiness and a beautiful future. Nando is unknowingly protecting his heart from heartache like he experienced as a kid. I really like the Cantu family. They have each other's backs no matter what. I really loved being back in Luna Harbor. That small town is a place I wish I could go visit. It seems like the idyllic place to be. There is a lot of emotion in this one along with all the feels.
