This is the second book in the series. It's just as good as the first. I was hooked right from the beginning. I just gobbled this book right up. I really liked Nella right from the start. There is a lot more gumption in her than she realizes. She a force to be reckoned with when it comes to finding her sister.  Now trust me I really like the guys at High Meadow, but a few times I wanted to smack Fletch. He's a very grumpy guy, but his attitude was spotty in the beginning for me. Though getting to know his backstory I understood him a lot better. The action and suspense kept me on the edge of my seat. I had to pause every now and then to prepare myself a bit for what was to come next. It's a well written story with suspense and heart. I'm really looking forward to the next book in the series.

Fletch has no choice but to jump in before the woman gets herself killed.
And that would be a damn shame.
