This was an emotionally beautiful story. Both Helen and Micah's back story just hit me in the heart. Those two do a lot of healing. It made my heart happy to see Helen and little Bea live life again. My city was mentioned along with their famous garbage plates. I thought that was pretty cool. This is a book that pulls all the emotions out of the reader. I just gobbled up the pages. I had a hard time putting this one down. I loved the work done for the Haven House. Micah comes a long way in this one. You can instantly feel how important Helen is to him. This a great must read!
