This is the first book in the series. I can already tell it's going to be a real good one. I gave this book a go because I'm a big fan of Whitley Cox's writing. I love a good second chance romance and boy did this one fit the bill. Now first impressions of the Winter brothers from Harlow's perspective left me with not a flattering picture of them, but they surprised me in the best of ways. Carson for me was the big wild card because what happened years ago. I liked Callum right away. I mean how couldn't you like a guy that helps injured wildlife. The three Winter brothers are intriguing because they are estranged and now they are going to be up close and personal for a bit. A lot secrets in Winter Harbor and that was intriguing for me as well. This is a real good book with a great combo of heat and heart. The tease for the next book has me eagerly awaiting it!
