I was so in the mood for a good single dad romance so I was excited to dive into this one. I've been really enjoying this generation getting their stories. I loved a good friends to lovers romance and Cooper and Erika's story was a good one! Cooper and Erika are best friends, but you can instantly tell they have a special bond. This story was beautiful. It really brings the heart and feels. It also brings the humor. I loved the banter between Erika and Cooper. I also loved catching up with some my favorites in Madison's hockey world. Cooper's daughters are so adorable. The scenes with them Erika are precious with their special bond. This is a must read. Trust me you won't want to put it down.
When her nose isn't buried in a book, or her fingers flying across a keyboard writing, she's in the kitchen creating gourmet meals. You can find her, in four inch heels no less, in the car chauffeuring kids, or possibly with her husband scheduling his business trips. It's a good thing her characters do what she says, because even her Labrador doesn't listen to her...
