Another winner in this series! I mean there hasn't been an Erin Nicholas book I haven't loved. Naomi and Donovan had me gobbling up the pages. I loved being back in Autre! These cast of characters keep pulling me back in every time. The humor is a part I always look forward to. I know diving into a Erin Nicholas book I'm in for a barrel of laughs. I may have squealed a bit when my favorite guy from the Hot cakes series popped in. Two of my favorite worlds colliding, yes please! Trust me you want to read this one! I literally tuned out everything while reading it because I was so into the story. I really needed this book right now to escape life for a bit. The work that this group does for animals always makes my heart happy. They are the ones who need a voice standing up for them. I liked the behind the scenes of a rescue during the aftermath of an Hurricane. It's very eye opening and hit me in the heart. Pick up this book, you won't be disappointed!!
