This is the second book in the series. Man you can tell how much love Trouper and Beckham have. They will do and stand up for one another no matter what. This couple goes on one heck of journey. Life throws them one curve ball after another. There is one part that rips my heart out for what Beckham had to go through. With everything that Trouper and Beckham face the end is so worth it. That's the most beautiful thing about this book. No matter what they face they push on for one another. I loved the seeing Beckham's family. They are some of my fave characters from the Lani Lynn Vale world. The group Lynn has put together has really grown on me. Though I wish they were in this one more, but I loved getting Beckham and Trouper's story from the very beginning. They had me gobbling up the pages. Beckham has so much inner strength to push on and fight for her family. I really can't wait for more from this series.
