This is the second book in the series and oh so good. I could hardly put it down. Friends to lovers is one of my favorite troupes. I loved Alec and Lexi. Their chemistry and banter is one of my favorite things about this book. This book literally pulled all the emotions out of me. This book had me laughing, crying, yelling, and smiling. This book did break my heart a few times, but then it put it right back together. I loved Aiden and that storyline made my heart so happy. This book is beautiful, but it does deal with some serious issues. It's a well balanced book that has gripping characters. I love revisiting some of my favorite characters from Nikki Ash's book world. I really can't wait for the next book because from this book those two characters are going to be interesting.
