Review:

This is a perfect second chance romance. It's the fifth book in the series. I was drawn to this book because Emily is a veterinarian and I'm a sucker for a book that has characters that have that profession. I know that there will be animals that may variety of personalities. To me books just get better with pets and animals in them. Emily and Wes had me hooked on their story. Wes is returning back to Shelter Creek after being gone so long and he has a lot of apologizing ahead of him. He has his work cut out for him on his journey to win back Emily. This book is definitely a make you feel good romance. I loved the small town setting and the closeness of the town. The people here look out for one another. This is a great book to dive into. The ending of this one is just so perfect. It had my romantic heart happy sighing.
