I LOVE this series so much! I was super excited that this was a single dad romance. I was also excited that my man Nico is in here. Though I did get upset with him a couple times. Jaylin is best friends with Nico's lady Aviva. I loved catching up with her and Callie. I was pretty upset that others kept underestimated Jaylin. That's what makes Kirby extra swoony because he really sees her. Kirby and his daughter are ovary exploding moments. That little one is going to steal your heart. This book has a ton of heart and feels. The over all feeling this book gives me is happiness. This book also really got me thinking about social issues this book touches on. It's good one it gets a conversation going. I also enjoyed the friendship Kirby makes with the three rookies who are familiar faces. I would so recommend this one. I finished this in a day and half. Kirby, Jaylin, and Celeste just sucked me into this book. This is a story that just grabs at my heartstrings. This book gave me the great combination of heart, heat, and humor.
