This is the second book in the series. This was an emotionally beautiful story. This book had me tearing up a few times. Laney and Harrison are going to hit you right in the heart with their story. Fate was cruel to these two, but it's trying to make amends bringing the two back into each other's orbit. Can Laney let her resentment go when it comes to Harrison? Can Harrison show Laney what is truly in his heart to be forgiven for long ago? This is a lovely grip your heart second chance romance. Right from the beginning as a reader I was rooting for Laney and Harrison. You can tell neither of them have truly moved on and their hearts won't be healed until they can let the past hurts resolve. I would really recommend this one.
