I really enjoyed this book. I couldn't put it down. I had a serious book hangover with this one. I loved Deacon and Carmie. Their love story is one that makes the heart happy sigh. You can tell how much they love one another, but their families are another story. Bad blood runs through these families. Can Carmie and Deacon heal the rift? There is so much heart and emotion in this book. I was one satisfied reader when I finished. Tia Louise wrote one heck of  story. You're going instantly get sucked right into the story and the characters are going to keep you there. It's a book I wanted to gobble up, but a story you don't want to end. I was sad to read the last page because I didn't want to leave these characters. I was happy with a cameo from two of my favorite characters of Louise's. This a must read! Full of family drama, intrigue, and feels!
