First of all I love the cover of this book. It definitely grabbed my attention then throw in a small town setting you have me sold. I could tell only a few pages in I was going to enjoy this book. This author has gained a reader. I love the personality of the characters. Right off the bat I was already chuckling at the humor. Parker makes a less than to be desirable first impression, but he finds his groove. Being home on the island is truly open his eyes with a little help from Tessa. I loved this small town. It made me want to go visit. These characters are going to worm their way into your heart. I'm already hooked on this series and can't wait for more. I would recommend this book.
