This is my favorite in the series so far. I like a good second chance romance. Right off the bat you can tell how much Erik and Allie still love one another. Allie thought she was doing what was best for everyone back then, bit now fate has given them a second chance. Will they learn from the past? I gobbled this one right up. I lived Erik. You can tell he is a family guy, but doesn't hurt either he is a hockey player who enjoys watching baseball. He gets extra points from me for liking baseball. I loved Allie as well. She is a strong character who has sacrificed her dreams for her family. If anyone deserves a HEA it's her. I would highly recommend this one.
