REVIEW:

3.5 Stars
I did enjoy this one a lot. What I liked most was how Alex was there for Beth and Wes. He gave them some happiness and hope back in their lives. Though is not all easy sailing because poor Beth has so much guilt inside her. It broke my heart that she keeps pushing happiness away like she doesn't deserve it. This book has a nice easy flow to it. The only thing for me is I wished we got inside Alex's point of view. I wanted to get inside his head a few times. That's just a personal reader preference for myself. Overall a good read that inspires hope.

BLURB:

Beth Douglas never imagined she’d be a widow at 39 years old, but that’s the crappy hand life dealt her. Now the down-on-her-luck single mom is doing everything she can to hold things together. She grudgingly returns to the small town where she grew up in a last-ditch effort to salvage what’s left of her life.

Alex Haynes is the handsome basketball coach at the local high school. He’s charming and friendly and welcomes Beth to town with kindness that brings light to her dark days. Their chemistry is undeniable, but that’s exactly what Beth is determined to do: deny everything she feels for him. Her life is too busy, her loss is too fresh, and her situation is too complicated.

Alex isn’t ready to give up on Beth. Will she learn to open her heart and look to the future instead of the past?

Falling for the Coach us a full-length, stand-alone “sweet and clean” romance with a guaranteed happily every after
