I do enjoy this series a lot. This is the second book in the series. It has layers to the book. I will laughing one minute and crying the next. This book was very emotional for me. The characters go through a lot during this book which makes the ending all the more sweeter. Alessandro's little son is just too adorable. He steals the show during his scenes. He is a heartwarming part of the book. There is a good amount of humor in this book which I loved, but there is also heart pounding serious moments. I'm not gonna lie there is one part of this book that was tough for me to read. I slowly read through the scene because I was afraid where it was going to go. Alessandro, I loved him, but boy did I want to smack him upside the head a few times. I really liked the set up for the next book in the series. Sounds like some redemption is in order.
