When a single dad and a newly outed veterinarian meet by chance, it takes red-cheeked conversations, a tentative friendship, and the willingness to put their hearts on the line to show these men they’re made for each other.

Single dad Davis Jackson is busy balancing his coffee shop and being the best dad he can be. That doesn’t mean he’s not lonely. After a fumbling encounter with a man who looks as gorgeous as he does unhappy, Davis is left wondering who the mystery man is.

All Davis knows is that he has never felt such an instant attraction to anyone before, but when he discovers the brown-eyed man’s identity, it’s clear the recently out-of-the-closet veterinarian is lost and quite possibly broken.

I was surprised that Scott is the love interest Davis. We got to know Scott in the previous book and he didn't leave a great impression, but I did see glimpses of the man underneath. I'm glad we got this book because it shows us the true Scott and how much fear and pain he has experienced in his life. Davis is so perfect for Scott. he has the patience and love to help Scott explore who he truly is. Davis and his little are so adorable. they just melt your heart. That's a reason why I wanted to read this one Davis is a single dad. Then the story hooked me right in. It's one that warmed my heart. I also liked seeing Carter and Tanner enjoying their HEA. This book has plenty of feels, but it also delivers on the heat. If you're a fan of M/M romance like me then I highly recommend this one.

I was drawn to this book because Carter is a veterinarian. I'm so glad that I did read this one because the story is a heart felt one. Tanner and Carter are just too cute together. You can feel the chemistry right away. I mean their first meeting is quite memorable even though it's slightly embarrassing for Carter. It made my heart happy that Carter has someone like Tanner in his corner. Things are a little tough for Carter, but someone with the heart like he does you know karma will work out for him. There is one part in this book that shows you how truly genuine and kind Carter is. This book delivers on the heat because things get quite steamy between Carter and Tanner. It's a book I gobbled up quickly.
