This book is intense with raw emotion. It also deals with really tough issues. That's where the raw emotion comes from. Watching Pearson with his recovery is humbling and impactful. Then with Rose and her daughter what they go through hit me right in the heart. This book really shows you there are rainbows after a storm. Hang in there because you have the courage and worth to reach the HEA waiting for you. The end of this book was beautiful because everything that these characters endured they deserve the reward at the end. I also loved the set up for the spin off series to come. That little tidbit whetted my appetite for more.
