I'm a big fan of Kimbery's series because she delivers on the romance fan in me, but also on the baseball fan in me. We've met A.J. in Zach's story and now he gets his story told. This is a good second chance romance. All I can say if poor Mia sure had a horrible streak of bad luck. Everything that happened to her years ago just broke my heart. I was wondering along with Mia if she was ever going to ever catch a break and life bring some sunshine in her life. Well she's going to get that answer is the most unlikely of places when her life collides once again with A.J.'s. A.J. is a catcher. Just ask my friends and family I'm partial to catchers when it comes to baseball so A.J. already had a piece of my hear going in, but he completely won it over with his romantic gestures. I mean I'm a huge Christmas nut so one of his romantic gestures comes at Christmas. My heart had no chance against A.J. so how could Mia's. The Christmas scene was my favorite of the book. It just grabbed my heart. Well written book that had a great combination of heart and humor.
