I didn't know how Lena Hendrix was going to top the first book in this series, but then she gave us Austin. That man is going to have you swooning nonstop. The way he steps up for Selene and her daughter Winnie is going to melt your heart. Selene needs a break because life just keeps throwing the punches. That break she needs is in the form of her hot new younger neighbor. I loved this reverse age gap single mom romance so much. I was up to the wee hours because I couldn't put this book down. Selene's daughter Winnie is just so awesome. She marches to the beat of her own drum and my favorite part was Austin encourages her creative side. This book is packed full of all the feels, but it also delivers on the heat and humor. I'm even more intrigued by The Lady of the Dunes mystery. It's only heating up. This is becoming my favorite series written by Lena. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
