I'm so happy to be back In Alaska with the second generation of Baileys. Now I'm not gonna lie when I first started this book I wasn't too sure how I felt about it. It took me until we got at least one chapter from Finn's point of view I was hooked. Once I got into this one it was so hard for me to put this book down. I loved Harper and Finn so much. Their night of her cousin's wedding left the both of them with a little surprise. It gets a whole lot more complicated when he returns to Lake Starlight. I felt it was a little opposite attracts with Finn and Harper. He is all order & routine and she is fun & spontaneity. It always makes me giddy with how big the Bailey clan has grown. I loved all the cameos and when Harper's parents and her aunts and uncles pop in it makes me reminisce about their books. I need to mention when the Baileys get together funny memorable times are to be had! Another favorite part for me is Harper is bffs with her cousin Palmer who is my favorite book in this series so far. I love that Harper has a special bond with Palmer's little girl. Which leads to my delight Palmer and Hudson pop in a lot. Oh did I mention Hudson is best friends with Finn and Finn was his best man, oh yeah that adds another layers to Harper and Finn's story. It makes my heart so happy Grandma Dori's presence is still felt through out this series. It may have start off on a very bumpy road, but watching these two connect and create something so beautiful is so worth the journey. A great addition to the series!
