This book had me at single mom and a hockey playing hero, but the blurb sold me on this one. Plus the cover is so pretty to look at is a added bonus. I really enjoyed this one. It's the author's debut novel and I can tell you she has gained a reader. Felicity has a fresh start on life and finally getting a chance to live it on her terms. Bumping into yummy Jon an unexpected surprise. It sets off a chain of events from there. Now Jon is know for his playboy ways, but a man won't change until he meets that one special lady. Felicity is that for Jon. She makes him want to be a better man. Jon struggles with anxiety and depression so do I daily. I know where he is coming from. It can be crippling some day and makes you look at the world so differently. I loved Jon's brother Adam. He stole a piece of my heart. It warmed my heart the bond he easily forms with Felicity. This book is packed full of the feels, humor, and heat. I'm so looking forward to more from this author!!
