I've so been looking forward to the second book of this series. These guys truly stole my heart so I couldn't wait to read River's story. It was so worth the wait!! I loved this enemies to lovers story between River and Ruby. They are two strong stubborn characters. I kind of feel like Ruby when everyone comes to me with their problems and trust me it gets so overwhelming and drains you. Being back in Magnolia Falls is bittersweet because she loves being with her dad, but it drains her soul though this time it's going to be different. She really sees what this small town truly has to offer and the friendships to be made. One of the things I really look forward to is when all the guys get together and their texts. It's a highlight for me. River stole my heart with his relationship with his Grammie. How he plants flowers for her. Then his grand gesture for Ruby, swoon! I felt like part of this group and I can tell ya I wish I could be friends with them. Beefcake has kept ahold of my heart. He's such a cute little dude. His dad is going to have his hands full when he gets older. The characters will draw you in and you'll find yourself just gobbling up the pages. This was a book I was sad to see end. I'm really looking forward to the next book in the series.
