I've been waiting for this one and it was so worth the wait! I couldn't put this book down. Briggs as a dad, swoon! That man is so much more than what the media says and portrays him. Briggs wit his teammates is one of my favorite parts of the book. They are hilarious and you can tell they have one another's backs. Briggs is going to need them in his corner. Maddison is in for a lot of surprises especially when it comes to Briggs. He surprises her in the best of ways, but man is she keeping a doozy of a secret. This book has all the feels and then some. I can't recommend this one enough. The characters are going to suck you right in and then when you finish you're sad the book is done. It's one you want to ready slowly so you can savor the story and not end too soon. I can tell you I'm already eagerly awaiting the next book!
