This is the first book in the series. This is a very enjoyable fast read. I loved Marcus and Jennifer. When they're carpooling while her car gets fixed things are about the get interesting. Spending all that time together in the car back and forth to work sparks soon start to fly. The only thing that I wish is we had Marcus' point of view, but no way did that take away from this book. Jennifer gets to see the true Marcus. I liked how Marcus helps Jennifer loosen up a bit because she feels like she has to carry the world on her shoulders. This book worked because you can feel the connection between the characters.
