“Risotto is something that you can’t rush.” Dale continued stirring the pot, having finished with the dessert, now resting in the fridge. “What kind of mushrooms did you say those were?” Chrissie sipped the wine that Dale had gotten at the liquor store. By the time they arrived back at his place, they were so loaded down with groceries, they needed the cabbie’s help in getting them to the front door. Then it took them four trips up and down the three flights of stairs to get them all into the kitchen. “Chanterelle.” Dale leaned over the pot, smelling. “I will add them more towards the end and then the lobster right at the last.”
