Right off the bat I like Jared just for rescuing Elise, but as we get into more of the book you can't help to love him. Elise is a werewolf, but she's never met anyone else like her that changes one fateful night she finally crosses paths with another werewolf. There is a very romantic part to me at least towards the end with Jared surprising Elise. It's sort of a whirlwind romance, but these two have the sparks and chemistry. Sometimes you know you've found your mate.
