This book is so good. Right off the bat it had me on the edge of my seat. Brody definitely gives off the touch her and die vibes. A scary perilous situation forces Brody and Harper to see what has been right in front of them. The sexual tension between the two as they hide out in the cabin could be cut with a knife. The characters in this series are true friendship goals. They like to give each other a hard time, but man they would drop everything if they needed help. Harper and Billie's nightmare has a face now. He is one nasty character that leads to some intense moments. This book also has many light fun moments. The need the men have to give each other a hard time and get a rise out of each other is hilarious. Then we get the moments between Harper and Brody. Watching these two fall was so beautiful. The support Brody was for Harper as she heals from the trauma she endured stole my heart. I wish I could have a Brody for myself. Brody would burn down the world for her. It made me so happy to see how far this broody hero has come and to see he is worth all the happiness. A great read. I'm looking forward to the next book.
